ABOUT US
We are Phil, Kerry and Kelly McIntyre, we have been showing elkhounds since 2004 and have been breeding elkhounds since 2007. We live on 1 acre in a beautiful town outside of the sydney Metro area named Bargo located in the Wollondilly Shire. Bargo is central to many shows and we usually show in Sydney and Canberra and the shows in between. We have also travelled south to Wagga Wagga for shows and out west to Parkes and West Wyalong.
ABOUT HALGROVE
Halgrove Norwegian Elkhounds was established in 2006 and will usually only have one litter per year. All our puppies are raised in a loving family environment in the house. No puppy bred at Halgrove leaves us until 8 weeks of age.
Our mission is to breed for beautiful temprement combined with correct breed type and movement that is even and effortless with correct reach and drive. We will combine some of the best pedigrees to produce quality and not quantity. We have since invested in a bitch from the UK in which brings to us a very important bloodline to our breeding stock.
As a pet or as a show dog, the only thing that is important to us it that the puppies bred at Halgrove are well and truley loved.
Stud enquieris welcome!
All puippies bred at Halgrove are fed on Proplan Puppy and go home with a Proplan Puppy Pack.
We use skypet for transporting puppies.
